Jennifer has over 20 years’ experience working in the online space in Australia and overseas. She leads the Breadcrumb team responsible for developing strategies and designing user experience for a wide range of websites, intranets and business systems.

Jennifer is passionate in her role as user advocate, ensuring Breadcrumb’s projects are focused on creating outputs that people will actually use.

Jake has spent 18 years working with people and technology in a range of business environments including industry, government, and big and small business. He leads the solutions part of the business, making sure that clients are satisfied by the solutions provided by Breadcrumb Digital.

Jake believes in a ‘people first and technology second’ approach to every solution and loves to translate nerd to understandable English.

Tony has over 27 years of IT experience in software development and delivery. He leads the technical delivery team at Breadcrumb. He is zealous in his pursuit to build great solutions and enable high performing teams to achieve.

He has worked in small and large public and private organisations up to the executive level of management, and has experience working both as a software vendor and in organisations who are their clients.

Mike is a data specialist with over 15 years of experience. He has deep Microsoft data and analytical skills as well as extensive consulting experience across the domains of strategy, architecture and governance.

He is passionate about using data and advanced analytics to help organisations uncover powerful insights.

Aegir has worked in the digital space for 10+ years managing various size projects and teams.

With a keen interest in digital business systems, Aegir has specialised in the development of digital solutions using the Office 365 product suite.

Alan has been kicking around the web and media space for over 12 years as a bit of a jack of all trades.

Starting as a graphic designer for web and print, he progressed to front-end website development. After dipping his toe in to the pool of development, he has expanded into .NET and PowerShell.

Alex has over to 10 years’ experience as an Information Management leader with a keen interest and extensive experience in information and records governance, information life-cycle management and deep business engagement.

Alex thrives on detail and cracking open a problem and solving it through exploring, experimenting, failing and learning. She loves working with clients to achieve meaningful information management outcomes, big or small.

Alison has over three years’ experience working as a data analyst. She is passionate about data solutions that provide actionable insights, and empowering users and companies through Power BI dashboards.

Alison enjoys building innovative and efficient solutions to complex data challenges.

Mark has over 20 years experience solving business problems using data, statistics and predictive analytics across multiple industries, and is a Microsoft certified data scientist.

Mark enjoys providing insight by identifying business opportunities with data and seeing solutions awesomely implemented and delivering value.

Mike has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry and for the last 10 years he has been expanding his knowledge in the SharePoint and Microsoft 365 space.

Mike is one of Breadcrumb Digital’s SharePoint specialists and is pretty awesome at his job.

World traveller and data enthusiast Patrick has been trekking through the ever-changing data migration, reconciliation and business intelligence landscape for the last twenty years.

Patrick enjoys finding efficient, cost effective paths for client solutions as they scale the application mountain and especially loves celebrating the vista when they arrive at the summit.

Sara has over 15 years of administration experience and originally joined the Breadcrumb Digital team, as Team Administrator.

She lends a hand where possible to assist our development, technical, design and management teams, as well as any assistance where possible for our valued and new clients.

Walt started off in the arts sector and also graduated as an engineer. He is a Senior Developer and has been part of the Breadcrumb team for over five years, but in the industry for over ten.

Walt works in coding and front-end development and he specialises in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and PHP.

Yulia has 7+ years of experience in consulting and worked on various large and small projects. She brings business and information analysis skills along with knowledge about user experience design and Microsoft 365 products.
